- England Golf provides Personal Liability Insurance for registered active adult playing members of the Club in connection with certain golfing mishaps. However, this doesn’t provide cover for many other golfing incidents. For full details please check the Benefits section of the MyEG App.
- It is recommended that members take out specialised golf insurance. Information on some providers is available in the locker rooms.
- JUNIORS - As a small club we welcome and support our junior members but recognize that we cannot provide the coaching and guidance available from larger clubs who have a professional.
However, we want to encourage youngsters, particularly those within easy travelling distance of Ben Rhydding, to enjoy the wonderful game of golf.
Junior Members aged 14 and under can play the course but have to be accompanied by an adult. In most cases this will be a parent, carer or close relative who may wish to simply walk round with the youngster or play the course as a member or visitor. In the latter case, a green fee is payable. Junior members aged 15-18 may play the course at any time, subject to there being no prior events taking place.
We hope that our junior members will play as often as they can but to observe any Corona Virus conditions that may apply at the time and to limit playing groups to a maximum of four. Tee time bookings should be made via the BRS system. This is important to avoid clashes with Club events that may be taking place.
If you have friends or family who are interested in becoming junior members then do not delay. Ask them to contact the Club Secretary as soon as possible.
